Chef’s Tips
  • Brine an organic free range chicken, of Fancy Hanks BBQ Pepper and a couple of lemons. Pat dry outta the brine, then lather the chicken with Fancy Hanks Chicken Salt Mayonnaise and roast in your oven at 180 degrees.
