Shipping policy


We ship Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Free Shipping
Orders over $99 AUD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from dispatch. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

All orders are sent with tracking. Keep an eye on your inbox for your dispatch confirmation — it'll include a link to follow your order.
