Refund policy

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it at no cost to you — including return postage.

To lodge a claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@fancyhanks.com
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the damage
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or, if the product is unavailable, issue a full refund

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct product at no additional cost.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you've ordered is out of stock after payment has been processed, we'll contact you to offer:

  • A suitable alternative product
  • A full refund
  • Backorder, with your item shipped when available

Our Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any product is limited to the purchase price you paid for that product.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
