Our smoked meats arrive ready to heat and serve, so you spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your crew.

Follow the steps below to reheat your pack. Timings and specific instructions for each meat are listed further down. Everything tastes better drenched in Fancy Hank’s sauce.

For all meats, keep refrigerated until use. Once open, use immediately. Do not re-freezer after reheating.

Recommended Method

A water-bath delivers the juiciest result.

  • Keep bags vacuum sealed
  • Use hot water around 75 – 80°C, not boiling
  • Fully submerge until warmed through
  • 500g Brisket

    Time: 25 - 35 minutes until brisket is warm throughout.


    Slice up to 100g slices and finish with the juices from the bag.

  • Beef Ribs

    Time: 25 - 35 minutes.


    You can pop it into the oven at 220°C for 5-10 minutes to get the bark revived.

  • 500g Pulled Pork

    Time: 20-25 minutes.
