Follow the steps below to reheat your pack. Timings and specific instructions for each meat are listed further down. Everything tastes better drenched in Fancy Hank’s sauce.
For all meats, keep refrigerated until use. Once open, use immediately. Do not re-freezer after reheating.
Recommended Method
A water-bath delivers the juiciest result.
- Keep bags vacuum sealed
- Use hot water around 75 – 80°C, not boiling
- Fully submerge until warmed through
