This is the full spread. No shortcuts, no compromises — just the cuts and sides that make a proper BBQ occasion.
Start with devilled eggs, chicken wings, and corn ribs. Then move into the main event: prime rib, brisket, pork rib, and lamb shank, all smoked low and slow the way it should be. Finished off with mac & cheese, fire-roasted veg, and slaw on the side.
