What is Chicken Salt?
Chicken salt is Australia's most beloved seasoning — a boldly salty, savoury blend that's been shaken over hot chips at fish-and-chip shops since the 1970s. Despite the name, there's no chicken in it. And in most commercial versions? There's plenty of artificial junk that has no business being anywhere near your spuds.
