Rye Glazed Pork Ribs

‘Rye Not’ Hank’s Old Fashioned
- The Gospel Solera Rye, smoked sugar, bitters – a smoky twist on the classic. $25
Melbourne Made
- A local love story: Apple Pie Moonshine from Melbourne Moonshine meets The Gospel Solera Rye in a pineapple-led whiskey sour. Finished with lemon and bitters. $24
Ryed or Die
- Tequila who? This bold remix swaps in barrel-aged rye, mezcal, and smoked rock salt. Made the rye way. $26
