‘Rye Not’ Hank’s Old Fashioned

• The Gospel Solera Rye, smoked sugar, bitters – a smoky twist on the classic. $25

Melbourne Made

• A local love story: Apple Pie Moonshine from Melbourne Moonshine meets The Gospel Solera Rye in a pineapple-led whiskey sour. Finished with lemon and bitters. $24

Ryed or Die

• Tequila who? This bold remix swaps in barrel-aged rye, mezcal, and smoked rock salt. Made the rye way. $26

• A no-fuss winter favourite, pint of Mountain Goat IPA and a shot of Gospel Straight Rye. $25
