RECIPE: CHICKEN SALT COLESLAW
Coleslaw? Great.
Chicken Salt Coleslaw? Bloody brilliant.
The best part is, a packet coleslaw will do just fine as our Chicken Salt mayo does the hard yards for flavour.
INGREDIENTS:
Fancy Hank’s Chicken Salt Mayo
Either 1 pack of supermarket pre-cut coleslaw OR:
2 carrots, julienned
1/2 red cabbage, finely sliced
1/2 white cabbage, finely sliced
1/2 red onion finely chopped
2 stalks of celery, finely choppped
THE METHOD:
Combine all vegetables in a bowl and top with three big spoons of Chicken Salt Mayo.
Using salad tongs, thoroughly combine.
Put on sunglasses and mic drop. You just made the best coleslaw ever.
