INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING BRISKET:

Heat a large pot of boiling water

Leaving it inside the bag, simmer the brisket in the hot water for 2-3 minutes per 100 grams. 800g of brisket 16-24 minutes.

Cut bag open, slice and serve!
