RECIPE: BEST EVER BURGER SAUCE

A really good sauce can take a burger from ‘meh’ to ‘OMG what is in this?!’

Here we combine a few of our favourite things to create the Best Ever Burger Sauce.

INGREDIENTS (for four burgers):

1 cup Fancy Hank’s Original Mayo
1 tbsp Fancy Hank’s Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp of gherkins, finely chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

THE METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly combine.

Add to your cheeseburger patty or schmear onto your burger buns.
